Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In new, unworn condition

  • With original product tags and PM Boots tags still attached

  • Returned in the original box (if your order included one)

⚠️ Important:
Removal of any tags (original or PM Boots) may affect your return eligibility if there are signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on used items.


📩 How to request a return

  1. Contact us with your full name and order number

  2. We’ll respond with the return address and return instructions


🚚 Return Shipping & Handling Fee

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • A handling fee will be deducted from your refund

🧾 This handling fee is solely to cover:

  • The original cost of postage

  • The payment transaction fees we incur from your original order
    It does not include any additional charges — we do not profit from returns.

📦 Original Delivery Costs (non-refundable):

  • UK delivery: £4.59

  • Ireland delivery: £9.99

💳 Payment Processing Fees

(Included in the handling fee)

  • Standard UK payments:
    2.0% + £0.25 GBP

  • Klarna payments (UK or International):
    4.99% + £0.30 GBP

  • International payments (including Ireland in EUR):

    • Currency conversion fee: 2.0%

    • Plus standard transaction fee: 3.1% + £0.25 GBP

    • If paid with Klarna: 4.99% + £0.30 GBP (currency conversion still applies)

Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll be refunded the product price minus the handling fee.
